Graphic Designer

Established in 2000, Climate Design Studio serves a wide range of clients across the UK and in Ireland, offering Brand Strategy, Corporate Identity, Digital, Film, Packaging, Environmental Design and Advertising. We’re always on the lookout for the best designers, strategists, creative producers and account managers to join our team. We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious and creative Designer with a minimum of 7 years experience to work in our Belfast studio.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates a high level of creative and conceptual thinking and be comfortable working in a fast paced design studio. You will require good communication skills and have the ability to manage time wisely whilst working towards multiple project deadlines. Must have fluent English, both written and spoken.

Ideal but not essential:

Coding skills or the ability to tweak html & css

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• A diverse portfolio that demonstrates strong ideas-based thinking, brand systems and implementation
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Demonstrated ability in developing campaigns across a wide variety of channels including digital, social, print, content and outdoor
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 7 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• PDF Portfolio of work
