Lead Product Designer

GoTestify is on the hunt for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing team, to help us fulfil our mission to empower companies to build products that delight their users. You will be a highly influential member of our product team, ensuring business, product, and user experience are all aligned toward the same vision.

Your Role:

Work closely with the product team to deliver an ambitious and exciting roadmap, in a key period for our company across web/mobile/desktop software products

Drive your own projects at pace, communicate and coordinate regularly with other teams and key stakeholders

Think deeply and clearly articulate why from a customer/business/product perspective

Design and deliver a UX that delights our users - be user and value obsessed

Oversee our UX vision across all teams and products

Data-driven approach to your work

Requirements

4+ years of product experience in mobile or web software

Examples of work that demonstrates valuable UX solutions with strong visual and interaction design skills.

Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a business mindset from ideation to launch and beyond

A true self-starter, comfortable with unknowns and have a dogged willingness to make things better

Worked with prototyping, wireframing and design tools e.g. Figma, Adobe CC

Performed user research to gather design or product insights
