Salary: £32K+ per annum based on experience

Mint is a boutique agency based in the Cathedral Quarter, Belfast. We're looking for a talented, experienced and motivated Senior Designer to join our team. You'll be part of a full-service agency working with various clients, industries and disciplines to lead the creative output for branding, marketing and user experience across digital (web and UX/UI) and print.

We're looking for a design leader who has the confidence and ability to deliver innovative and strategic creative solutions in a professional and organised manner. A vital part of the role is to understand our clients' businesses and provide creative solutions that help them achieve their goals and add value to their organisation, products, and services.

About Mint

We work with clients throughout Ireland and beyond on varied and exciting projects with established and start-up companies across software & tech, manufacturing, utilities, biotech, pharma, construction, the public sector and the third sector. Mint's typical projects include UX design, branding, marketing collateral (print and digital), social media campaigns, marketing collateral and web development.


Here's what we need:

  • Senior Designer 
  • 5+ yrs experience
  • Ideally, someone with experience in brand, print, web and UX/UI
  • Full knowledge of strategic and creative design process from concept to delivery (i.e. print prep, website launch, client handover)
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience with WordPress 
  • Experience in dealing/communicating directly with clients and third-party suppliers
  • Assisting and mentoring junior designers
  • The ability to understand and interpret client briefs
  • The ability to work to deadlines.

Nice to have:

  • HTML/CSS experience
  • Video editing (After Effects)
  • Domain URL Management
  • Experience using Miro, Youtrack, Slack and Asana
